Step 1: Add 10 ounces of Mango Nectar to a shaker

Step 2: Give yogurt a stir to smooth it out

Step 3: Add ¾ cup plain whole milk Greek yogurt to shaker

Step 4: Shake vigorously for 5-10 seconds until cream and smooth. Enjoy!

The "shaken method" is my husband's take on a mango lassi because it's smooth and creamy. You can turn it into a great smoothie with a blender and variations below.

My husband prefers plain whole milk Greek yogurt, but sometimes, TJ's is out. I substitute it with flavored whole milk Greek yogurt. You can also replace it with non- or low-fat Greek yogurt to reduce the fat content.
