If you're looking for a quick and refreshing drink, try this delicious Mock Mango Lassi. My husband, Will, makes his version of a Mango Lassi as a recovery drink after a long bike ride with his team. It includes yogurt for protein and mango nectar for a fruity energy boost he loves.

  • Blender for smoothie variations

Ingredients

  • 10 oz. Trader Joe’s Organic Mango Nectar
  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt, plain whole milk

  • Add Mango Nectar to the shaker cup
    10 oz. Trader Joe’s Organic Mango Nectar
  • Add stirred plain whole milk Greek yogurt to the shaker cup
    3/4 cup Greek yogurt, plain whole milk
  • Put shaker lid on and vigorously shake for 5-10 seconds to blend nectar and yogurt.
  • Serve and enjoy!
