Using Trader Joe’s Organic Mango Nectar and plain whole milk Greek yogurt, this recipe is easy to make with only two ingredients!

Instructions
Step 1: Add 10 ounces of Mango Nectar to a shaker
Step 2: Give yogurt a stir to smooth it out
Step 3: Add ¾ cup plain whole milk Greek yogurt to shaker
Step 4: Shake vigorously for 5-10 seconds until cream and smooth. Enjoy!

Variations
The "shaken method" is my husband's take on a mango lassi because it's smooth and creamy. You can turn it into a great smoothie with a blender and variations below.
- ½ cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (extra protein)
- ½ cup milk (any type you prefer)
- 1 tablespoon Chia seeds (added texture and nutritional benefits)
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (added sweetness)
- A pinch of ground cardamon (hint of spice)
Substitutions
