Preparation
Mix walnut oil, honey, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic, rosemary, and salt in a mixing bowl or shaker jar. Set aside.

My Salad Tips
Walnut oil adds a rich, nutty depth that I love to experiment with in the fall. Feel free to swap for olive oil if you prefer a more neutral base.
I usually scale most servings for two by selecting the 0.5x option, but I don't do that with this vinaigrette! Sometimes, I even double it!
This recipe uses common pantry staples and can last up to 5 days refrigerated.
