  • 1 measuring cups and spoons
  • 1 scale optional
  • 1 whisk

Ingredients

Honey Dijon Vinaigrette

  • 1/3 cup Walnut Oil
  • 3 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 clove Garlic pressed
  • 1/8 tsp Rosemary recommended
  • 1/8 tsp Salt

Instructions

Preparation

  • Mix walnut oil, honey, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic, rosemary, and salt in a mixing bowl or shaker jar. Set aside.

Notes

My Salad Tips
  • Walnut oil adds a rich, nutty depth that I love to experiment with in the fall. Feel free to swap for olive oil if you prefer a more neutral base.
  • I usually scale most servings for two by selecting the 0.5x option, but I don't do that with this vinaigrette! Sometimes, I even double it!
  • This recipe uses common pantry staples and can last up to 5 days refrigerated.
